AVP Corporate Governance/Secretarial

Description

SteppingStones has partnered with a leading offshore legal and fiduciary services provider who are looking for an experience CoSec and corporate governance professional to join their team.

This key role will have responsibility for supporting a range of client entities and to provide the following services:

• Preparing agendas and meeting packs
• Minute taking
• Post-meeting actions
• Relationship manager and primary contact for client entities
• Oversight of corporate governance including filings and projects
