Billing Assistant


On behalf of our client, we are actively seeking candidates for the role of Billing Assistant.  

  • Responsible for billing i.e coordinating and processing via their in-house system
  • Ensuring bills are posted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handling all queries, prioritizing duties and managing expectations
  • Handling inbox, e-filing and diary management on behalf of lawyers
  • Corresponding with internal teams and supporting/covering colleagues when required
  • Drafting documents
  • Other ad hoc duties as required


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a billing or accounting role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite 
  • Must pay attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize your work accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
