Board Support/Company Secretary
Description
On behalf of our client a highly respected professional services company. We are actively seeking Board Support professionals for an opportunity here in the Cayman Islands.
Responsibilities;
- Interacting with clients
- Processing a high volume of documents
- Managing diaries and calendars, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Transcribing minuets
- Ensuring filing in maintained
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements;
- 3+ years experience in board support is essential
- Must be able to work in a high-pressured environment
- Previous experience in minute taking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient In Microsoft Office, QuickBooks etc.
