Board Support/Company Secretary

Description

On behalf of our client a highly respected professional services company. We are actively seeking Board Support professionals for an opportunity here in the Cayman Islands.
  
Responsibilities;

  • Interacting with clients
  • Processing a high volume of documents
  • Managing diaries and calendars, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Transcribing minuets
  • Ensuring filing in maintained
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements;

  • 3+ years experience in board support is essential
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressured environment
  • Previous experience in minute taking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office, QuickBooks etc.
