Business Analyst

Description

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a leading employer in the Cayman Islands who are looking to hire a Business Analyst on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for providing business and IT requirements, documenting operations and processes as well as delivering data driven recommendations and reports to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailing analysis of the current business processes for the business whilst identifying key problem areas with a focus on solutions.
• Analyzing trends to make tactical and strategic recommendations as well as translating business objectives and user needs into requirements.
• Provide support in building workflow charts, design modifications and diagrams for system capabilities.
• Work closely with Management during the budgeting process by providing relevant data that will assist with the allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress and articulate complex ideas, issues and designs to various teams whilst educating the wider team on business visions and plans.

Key Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar and over 5 years industry experience.
• Detailed understanding of Information Systems concepts and practices.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development, Support Analysis Tools and Methodology.
• Excellent communicator with wider teams and board members.
