Business Analyst (Financial Systems)

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a leading Law firm in the Cayman Islands who are looking for to hire a Business Analyst (Finance Systems) to join their rapidly growing tech team. You will be responsible for providing industry expertise and leverage business and technical knowledge to support business and deliver value.
Using fundamental Business Analysis techniques as your foundation, you will be responsible for providing a definition of a product that best meets the needs of the customer and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and advocate the product and business vision as well as driving and supporting change management and communications.
- Drive Business Analysis and design in a joint Waterfall/Agile environment.
- Develop strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders whilst balancing business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
- Review requirements and processes to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization where appropriate.
- Act in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements including complying with policies and procedures.
Key Experience:
- Strong background in Analysis across a number of business process applications, date definitions, integrations and varieties of infrastructure.
- Extensive experience reviewing and examining business process and systems, modeling and analyzing date, organizing activities and developing business strategies.
- Track record of working as a Lead/Senior Analyst on several projects in a small team.
- Effective leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate teams to achieve results.
