Business Analyst - Temporary

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a temporary Business Analyst to join their team.

The Business Analyst will work in a team to gather, validate and document various system information needs. The role will include performing detailed requirement analysis, ensuring processes harmonization across jurisdictions, performing some user acceptance testing and documenting all procedures.

We are looking for a candidate that has direct experience working in retail, credit risk, and corporate banking. The candidate should posses the ability to plan, organize, and structure work while showcasing good analytical and evaluative skills. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to listen, read body language, ask questions, provide feedback and generate two-way communication to build trust. Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and other technological skills are required.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Technical degree
• 4+ years of experience in a banking environment
• 4+ years of experience capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting and mapping current business processes
• Knowledge if Helix AML / Oracle (Flexcube) Banking products
