Business Development & Marketing Manager

SteppingStones are working alongside a leading fiduciary services organization who are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their busy team, both here in Cayman and overseas. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BD & marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives in line with practice areas and company objectives
• Work alongside the different service lines to produce literature and materials and drive the digital presence
• Provide oversight and training of the organization’s social media presence
• Identify and develop cross-selling and client-centric opportunities on a group-wide jurisdictional basis
• Provide analytics and reports to measure/monitor the performance of specific jurisdictions
• Ensure all relevant BD & Marketing data is input and recorded in the relevant databases

Essential experience/skills/qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ marketing and BD experience within a professional services organization
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Media experience and excellent digital acumen
