Business Solutions - Manager Service Specialist

Description

Our client a highly reputable telecommunications company is actively recruiting a Business Solutions Specialist for their Managed Services team. This is a varied role for individuals who enjoy building and maintaining relationships and have been successful in generating revenue.

Duties;

  • Developing the Managed Services Portfolio
  • Meeting KPIs and revenue targets
  • Selling new and existing products and services
  • Collaborating with the sales teams to identify target customers and approach them with solutions
  • Creating an annual sales plan for generating new revenue targets and satisfactory ratings for portfolios
  • Identify and Qualify new prospects and prepare proposals, mailing sales & contact initiatives
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements;

  • 5+ years B2B direct field sales experience
  • Experienced in managed services sales and cloud based propositions
  • Knowledge of Telecoms industry
  • Working knowledge of CRM & Contact Management systems
  • Project Management experience/qualification
