Business Solutions - Manager Service Specialist
Our client a highly reputable telecommunications company is actively recruiting a Business Solutions Specialist for their Managed Services team. This is a varied role for individuals who enjoy building and maintaining relationships and have been successful in generating revenue.
- Developing the Managed Services Portfolio
- Meeting KPIs and revenue targets
- Selling new and existing products and services
- Collaborating with the sales teams to identify target customers and approach them with solutions
- Creating an annual sales plan for generating new revenue targets and satisfactory ratings for portfolios
- Identify and Qualify new prospects and prepare proposals, mailing sales & contact initiatives
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
- 5+ years B2B direct field sales experience
- Experienced in managed services sales and cloud based propositions
- Knowledge of Telecoms industry
- Working knowledge of CRM & Contact Management systems
- Project Management experience/qualification
