Captive Insurance Manager

SteppingStones is actively recruiting a Captive Insurance Manager to join our client’s highly regarded, Captive team. With offices across the globe and plans for expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of captive insurance clients, whilst encouraging you to progress within your chosen field.
  
Duties;

• Maintaining general accounts
• Financial reporting; both regulatory and statutory
• Generating financial statements
• Cash management
• Managing the audit process and liaising with external professionals
• Attending client meetings
• Generating new business and maintaining established clients
• Mentoring junior team members

  
Requirements;

• Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA)
• Previous Management experience in captive/reinsurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to/confident in networking/ business development skills
