Chemical Sales & Service Representative

SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a locally owned and operated company which has been established on island over 20 years, to assist them in sourcing a Chemical Sales and Service Representative.

Our client is seeking a motivated sales professional who will develop, work, and maintain sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all industrial cleaning and chemical dispensing systems, making sure that they are serviced regularly and correctly maintained. Other responsibilities will include planning and executing weekly service calls, sales calls, and cold calls to new potential clients. The role will also require demonstrations of products to clients and providing training to clients and their employees.

We are looking for a candidate who has extensive knowledge of chemical and disposable products. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently. The successful candidate must be punctual, honest, reliable, and able to work independently.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma
• 5+ years of sales and service experience
• A valid driver’s license

Salary and benefits:

• CI$35,000 – CI$40,000 
• Attractive compensation and benefits package including medical insurance, pension and vacation in line with the Cayman Islands Labour Law 

Please note this role is open to on-island and off-island candidates as our client is willing to relocate the successful candidate if necessary
