Client On-Boarding Team Manager

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Client On-Boarding Team Manager to join their team.

The Client On-Boarding Team Manager will be responsible for managing a client on-boarding team in the Caribbean and Asia. This position will oversee the on-boarding of new clients while ensuring the company remains compliant with regulator obligations. The main responsibilities will include leading a large-sized team of CDD specialists, leading, motivating, and mentoring team members, and leading and managing key regulatory projects as needed.

We are looking for a candidate that has a proven track record of leading and motivating large, global teams with proven operational and process improvement experience. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a practical and commercial approach to problem solving and comprehensive experience of the regulatory environment in offshore jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience at management level in the legal, compliance, or regulatory sector
  • An ICA, CAMS, AML or equivalent professional qualification
