Client Relationship Manager

Description

This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring smooth office operations.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem resolution.
  • Oversee new client onboarding, including Pension and Private Wealth clients.
  • Supervise Sales Support staff and ensure timely management of regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Maintain client records and office procedures.
  • Coordinate office equipment and supply orders to ensure smooth operations.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
