Client Relationship Manager
Description
This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring smooth office operations.
What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem resolution.
- Oversee new client onboarding, including Pension and Private Wealth clients.
- Supervise Sales Support staff and ensure timely management of regulatory and compliance matters.
- Maintain client records and office procedures.
- Coordinate office equipment and supply orders to ensure smooth operations.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
