Client Services Manager

Description

On behalf of our client,a fast-growing specialty insurance company based in the Cayman Islands, we are actively seeking a Client Services Manager. If you can deliver high quality and efficient service within a successful business then this is the ideal job for you!

The opportunity:

• Building and solidifying relationships with existing clients
• Conducting new client onboarding sessions and ongoing client training
• Preparing budgets, periodic status reports, personnel reviews and other management reports
• Interpretation of quarterly financial statements
• Additional ad hoc are required

What they are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree with previous experience working in Insurance
• STEP qualified is an advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• An outstanding communicator and natural leader
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
