Complex Lending Specialist - Private Banking

One of the island’s leading Private Banking Organizations is looking to add an experienced lending professional with a track record of providing innovative lending solutions to high net worth clients. 

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, risk management, be responsible for growing lending revenue as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities with both new and existing clients. The firm looks do deliver a high professional and best-in-class service to clients at all times.

Requirements: 

• University Degree or equivalent education 
• 5 years of experience in the lending space with a specific focus on  credit structures for high net work clients 
• Previous experience working in a similar role in the Cayman Islands with a knowledge of the regulatory landscape that impacts the industry in Cayman 
• Innovative and forward thinking approach to business with excellent communication skills
