Compliance Administrator
Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Administrator to join our client in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and a thorough understanding of Cayman Islands financial services legislation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities and transactions.
- Assist with regulatory filings and reporting.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a compliance role.
- Strong understanding of Cayman Islands regulatory requirements and laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus.
