Compliance Administrator

Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Administrator to join our client in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and a thorough understanding of Cayman Islands financial services legislation.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
  • Monitor and investigate suspicious activities and transactions.
  • Assist with regulatory filings and reporting.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Strong understanding of Cayman Islands regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus.
