SteppingStones is seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Cayman!

The ideal candidate will have experience in registration and incorporation of companies, regulatory checks, and invoicing. 

Responsibilities 

  • Preparing and editing of documentation and correspondence 
  • Attend statutory filings and maintain records
  • Maintain corporate records
  • Filing of company’s changes
  • Formation and incorporation and administration of a portfolio of clients
  • Responsible for regulatory checks

Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ViewPoint
  • Knowledge and understanding of local statutory laws and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask efficiently
