Compliance Administrator - Temporary

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Compliance Administrator to join their team for a temporary assignment.

The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for undertaking the client due diligence process for new and existing clients in accordance with regulatory and internal processes and procedures. The role will also include liaising with clients to fulfill regulatory requirements and any other projects as needed.

We are looking for a candidate with strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Viewpoint, and SharePoint. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good analytical and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to successfully prioritise work load while meeting tight deadlines. It is necessary that the candidate is able to use their own initiative and make decisions within the scope of regulatory requirements, policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working in an Anti-Money Laundering and/or Client Due Diligence environment
  • AML certificate (or similar) considered desirable
