Compliance Manager

Description

Join an esteemed Trust & Corporate services powerhouse located in the Cayman Islands as they seek to welcome a dynamic Compliance Manager to their prestigious team.
  
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organizations compliance operations to ensure the maintenance of high ethical and professional standards, consistent with relevant Laws, Regulations, and Best Practice standards. The successful candidate will provide reports on the operations functions of the organization, monitor transaction exceptions and produce quarterly reports, and conduct quarterly reviews of the organizations portfolio of clients.
  
The Compliance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization is fully compliant with internal policies and procedures and will prepare and coordinate training sessions to enhance awareness and compliance.
  
Requirements:

  • ACAMs Qualified or similar
  • 5-7 years of experience in compliance function
  • Relevant experience in a Compliance and Risk function within the financial services industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cayman’s regulatory environment, including AML/CFT/CPF requirements
