Compliance Manager
Description
SteppingStones is working alongside a boutique financial services firm to source an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team!
The role will involve working with the firms key clients by providing them with outsourced AMLCO and MLRO services here in Cayman. You will liaise regularly with clients at all levels and help build out this function of the business. You will also take the lead role in developing the AML / CTF policies internally.
This business is expanding and investing heavily in it’s Cayman office, which makes it a great time to join the firm. The role is likely to grow and expand and it provides a great opportunity to the successful candidate.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree
- A recognized compliance qualification such as the ACAMS is preferred
- Thorough understand of the AML regime in Cayman
- At least 6 years of compliance experience at a managerial level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
