Compliance Officer

Description

My client, a local organization with a strong Cayman presence is looking to add a Compliance Officer to their team.

My client is looking for someone with experience in:

• Administrating the government, risk and compliance program for the organization 
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines to provide advice and guidance to senior management 
• Develop, monitor and maintain the companies policies and proceedures
• Manage the risk assessment process
• Communicate with regulators
• Provide support and guidance in relation to ongoing compliance matters 

You must have:

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of local regulations 
• Experience communicating with regulators at senior level 
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Professional qualification 
• At least 4 years experience in Compliance or MLRO
