Compliance Officer
Description
One of our clients is actively seeking a Compliance Officer to join a highly respected financial services business with a fantastic presence in Grand Cayman. We are looking for someone who is able to act as a subject matter expert and take the lead for all compliance related responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference, and drive the business forward.
You must have at least 3 years experience in Compliance, and be comfortable reviewing, updating and implementing compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
You must have experience in:
- – AML/KYC/FATCA.
- – Reviewing, writing and signing off on policies and procedures.
- – Ensuring businesses are compliant in all aspects, regularly reviewing procedures and making improvements where needed.
- – Liaising with CIMA and acting as the company representative on all compliance related matters.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Compliance experience in the Cayman Islands Banking space
- Qualification Required: ACAMS or CPAML
- Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is required
