Construction Manager

Description

We are working with our client a Global organization to recruit a Construction Manager in to their Cayman based team.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Managing and directing construction head office team
• Working closely with project and site superintendents
• Ensuring all construction projects are completed on schedule and in budget 
• Management of the construction schedule
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures
• Management of staff performance and development

Essential qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management
• 15 years direct construction management experience
