Construction Project Manager
Description
SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Construction Project Manager to join their team.
The Construction Project Manager will manage key client projects within the Construction Management Department and will specifically be responsible for a spa and restaurant fit-out on a large-scale high value project.
The Construction Project Manager responsibilities will include the coordination and completion of projects, preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders, coordinating the schedule and sequencing of work alongside the superintendent and the implementation of quality control. This role will oversee all aspects of the project including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and preparing reports for the project director and clients.
We are looking for a candidate that has a solid knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project. The successful candidate will have solid organizational skills, attentional to detail and time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with contracts, subcontracts, estimating, and soliciting quotes.
