Construction Project Manager

Description

SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a highly reputable and progressive organization in the Cayman Islands. This would suit candidates with extensive Commercial and Residential project experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and leading the project building team
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level whilst monitoring project progress and performance
• Meeting up with new/existing clients on potential upcoming projects
• Approving subcontractor payment requests and preparing invoices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Construction Manager
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles
• Familiarity with construction/project management software
• A team player with excellent leadership abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office
