Corporate Administrator & Office Manager

Description

This role will be a this companies first hire and the role comes with an interesting variety of engagements. You will be pivotal in the growth of the Cayman Office and heavily involved in areas such as recruitment, office management, client relationship management and corporate administration.

The business has ambitious plans for growth in Cayman and this role has excellent career advancement opportunities. The role reports into the Board of Directors, who are currently based in the Far East. The role will require working autonomously and will suit a self-driven, hard-working individual.

The Corporate Administration area of the role offers regular client interaction and a strong knowledge of incorporating companies in Cayman is required.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the field of company incorporation and administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Regulations in Cayman Islands 
  • Ability to work autonomously and on occasions, outside of standard working hours in Cayman
  • Exemplary written ad oral communication skills
