Senior Corporate Administrator

SteppingStones are currently working with a market leading Financial Services organization in the Cayman Islands who are looking to add a Senior Corporate Administrator to their established team. This position offers extensive training and development and the opportunity to progress within the team.

Ideally you will be a Corporate Administrator with 5 + years’ experience within professional services, great attention to detail and a demonstrated history managing a portfolio of clients.

Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Providing board support for your portfolio, including meeting coordination, collation and distribution of board packs
  • Providing company secretarial support and ad hoc tasks when required
  • Proactively managing internal; administration processes

 
Essential Skills

  • Previous Registered Office or Board Support experience preferred, ideally from a professional services environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsGood Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages
