Corporate Administrator
Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including companies and exempted limited partnerships, while delivering high-quality administrative and compliance services.
What you’ll do
- Manage internal and external day-to-day correspondence efficiently.
- Routinely update client files and maintain client data management systems.
- Perform compliance tasks, including risk assessments, periodic client reviews, and due diligence updates.
- Oversee the registration and administration of companies and exempted limited partnerships.
- Prepare and/or review incorporation and partnership formation documents.
- Handle transfers, strike-offs, and dissolutions of companies and partnerships.
- Provide company secretarial services.
- Review financial statements as needed.
- Manage billings and receivables, liaising directly with clients.
- Collate and organize information for projects and meetings.
- Attend to filings with relevant regulatory bodies, including the Registrar of Companies, CIMA, and the Department for International Tax Cooperation.
- Collaborate with other service lines within the firm.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
- An internationally recognized professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP) or progress towards a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling registered office and corporate services in an offshore environment.
- Knowledge of AML and client acceptance procedures.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements, including Beneficial Ownership, AEOI/FATCA/CRS, and Economic Substance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
