Corporate Administrator, Family Office

Description

SteppingStones has partnered with a family office client to assist them in sourcing a corporate administrator. 

The firm has a small presence in Cayman and you will work closely alongside the senior management team. The role will cover a variety of corporate administration and corporate secretarial duties such as company incorporation, board meeting support, regulatory filings and company administration. Very interesting role & a fascinating organization. 

It will be a busy role, though the firm looks to keep working hours to 9-5, Monday to Friday and there is flexibility within that to work from home periodically. 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 4 years corporate administration experience 
  • Prior board support experience including minute preparation 
  • Experience with company incorporations and regulatory filings in the Cayman Islands 
  • Caymanian, RERC or Permanent Resident
