Corporate Administrator

Description

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently searching for an exceptional Corporate Administrator on behalf of our client based in the Cayman Islands. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • The administration of a portfolio of clients 
  • Minute book maintenance 
  • Billing and invoice generation and collection of outstanding accounts
  • Liaising with clients directly, in a professional manner and maintaining their files 
  • Assisting colleagues as and when necessary 
  • Liaise with senior management 

Ideal candidate: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 
  • An understanding of relevant compliance and KYC laws is required 
  • A university degree is encouraged but not necessary (a business related degree would be an advantage) 
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), knowledge of Viewpoint, Gem, or Blueprint would be beneficial 
  • Must be able to multitask and work under pressure 
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary
