Corporate Attorney

We are currently working with an established firm on Island to assist them in the search for a Corporate Finance Attorney.

We are seeking an experienced corporate/ commercial attorney. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years post- qualification experience in (a) complex corporate finance transactions (including secured lending and private placements), (b) private- private and public-private mergers and acquisitions, (c) investment funds (including fund formation) and private equity transactions, (d) securities regulation and general corporate and commercial matters, including distribution, supply and IP licencing.

This position requires a seasoned attorney who is accustomed to working independently, can meet deadlines and is entirely computer literate. Salary for this position with be commensurate with experience.

We are ideally looking for someone on Island, however will consider applicants with experience in an offshore jurisdiction.
