Corporate Governance Administrator

Description

As the Corporate Governance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the corporate secretary for all entities
  • Maintain official corporate documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and facilitate board meetings and shareholder meetings.
  • Manage corporate administrative tasks including filings, communication with regulatory bodies, and maintaining corporate registers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with local regulators and regulatory compliance management.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and risk management initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Enrollment in formal Corporate Secretarial education courses preferred.
  • Discretion with confidential information and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with records management and proficiency in office software.
  • Knowledge of economic substance legislation and experience with Diligent Boards would be an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player.
