Corporate Paralegal

We are delighted to be working with a leading Cayman organization who are looking for an experienced corporate professional to join their busy and highly regarded team. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• At least 6 years’ experience in corporate law
• An ICSA or recognized paralegal qualification
• Knowledge of Cayman Islands’ AML regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minute-taking experience and knowledge of company formation procedures
• Experience working in demanding environments and meeting tight deadlines
