Corporate Services Administrator

Location: Grand Cayman
Duration: 3-month contract (with potential to extend or become permanent)
Availability: Immediate start required
Status: Must have the right to work in Cayman and currently be on-island

We’re currently recruiting for a Corporate Services Executive to join a busy and professional team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily correspondence and administrative support
  • Prepare and file corporate documents
  • Interpret and work with resolutions and agreements
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Conduct due diligence checks
  • Review and process invoices
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma (ICSA or business degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate administration experience
  • Highly professional with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
