Data & Business Analytics Analyst

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Data & Business Analytics Analyst to join their Cayman office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new insights to business with analytics and will develop tools to leverage new data sources. The role includes CCI Program Management, CCI scenario analysis and alignment of budget and forecasts. The candidate will develop and manage business modelling, analysis and insights.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and building robust statistical models. The candidate will need to be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data and will need to ensure that data requirements are aligned with business and technology roadmaps. Proficiency using Microsoft Office is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and an intellectual curiosity.

Requirements:

• A BA or BSc in Business or a related field
• Business analysis accreditation preferred
• 4+ years of experience in the analytics industry
