Location: Grand Cayman
Type: Full-Time
Salary: CI$80,000–120,000 per annum + bonus & benefits

The successful Dental Practice Manager will lead the clinical and administrative teams. This is a key leadership role focused on operational excellence, patient care, and team development.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on management, with involvement in budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and clinic development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of dental professionals
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, and patient experience
• Manage budgets, payroll, and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations
• Coordinate major fit-outs and clinic upgrades
• Implement and optimize systems (Open Dental experience preferred)
• Liaise with internal departments and external contractors

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years in dental or healthcare management
• Diploma in Dental Surgery Assisting (preferred) they would also consider Healthcare related qualification 
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Cayman Islands healthcare compliance
• Experience managing large-scale projects or clinic expansions
• Organised, proactive, and committed to high standards of care
