Senior Pension Administrator

Description

Our client is seeking a driven and organized Senior Pension Administrator to join their team! 

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to correspond with members, answer queries, and other projects as needed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the monthly subscriptions process
  • Assist with monthly redemptions
  • Perform administrative duties within the department and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with members via walk-in and various communication channels
  • Consistently provide a quality customer experience to clients/members
  • Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to the plan’s
  • membership could be improved
  • Maintains current knowledge of pensions law and developments by attending and participating in continuing education and training sessions

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Experience working in the financial services industry would be an advantage
  • Experience with or knowledge of the Cayman Islands Pension Law
  • Must be able to work under pressure 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
