Director - After-School Programme

SteppingStones are delighted to be assisting a fantastic not-for-profit organization who are looking for a Director to have full oversight of their busy After-School Programme. 

This role requires someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social care or an associated field and experience working in a management position, ideally in an educational setting. The successful candidate with be enthusiastic, highly organized and will have a genuine passion for youth development. This role entails a high level of responsibility and oversight and will involve liaising with stakeholders at all levels so excellent communication skills are key. 

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educational professional with a real passion for working with young people and providing an efficient, meaningful and varied development programme.
