Director - Compliance

Description

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Compliance for a key client of ours for their Cayman based office. 

We are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience in Cayman based regulations and is able to lead the organisation building their policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Reviewing regulatory implications of various matters
• Working with clients to ensure appropriate processes and controls are established and documented
• Assisting in the supervision and monitoring of AML, MLRO and DMLRO
• Staying on top of laws and regulations 
• Providing advice and ensuring implementation of best practice processes
• Delivering compliance training to the organisation
• Monitoring the effectiveness of current processes and controls recommending enhancements where needed

You must have:

• Internationally recognized qualification
• Knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory framework 
• At least 5 years experience in compliance within financial services
