Equipment and Service Operations Supervisor

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing an Equipment and Service Operations Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial equipment sales and service and special equipment projects. The role includes researching upcoming commercial projects and creating sales opportunities for the company. Organization and attention to detail is a must as the role involves preparing the annual sales budget, managing the team’s schedule, and performing inventory on a monthly basis. The candidate must have knowledge and experience with AutoCAD Software for designing kitchen projects as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent customer service skills who can effectively follow up with clients. A Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) qualification would be considered an asset.

This is a great role for a hardworking candidate who is able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Sales
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen appliances, equipment parts, service & pre-emptive maintenance
