Description

SteppingStones are actively recruiting for an Estimator to join a leading construction firm in the Cayman Islands. We are looking to speak with self-motivated and results-driven individuals who can take responsibility for detailed preparation of various types of estimates.

Requirements –

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience using MS Project and Estimating Software as well as proficiency with Excel
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing project estimates and proposals for construction projects
• Good understanding of delivery methods and contracts inclusive of Tenders and negotiated bids
• Knowledge of preconstruction services including conducting cost presentations
