SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing an Executive Assistant to join their Cayman team.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling the daily correspondence, document management, and diary management for the Executives. The EA will act as the point of contact between executives and employees and clients and will welcome clients in person or via other means of communication such as telephone and email. The role also may also include preparing reports, completing ad hoc projects, and managing the company’s database.
We are looking for a candidate that has excellent written and verbal communication skills who is comfortable communicating with clients and presenting to executives. The role requires experience in managing multiple calendars and solid organizational, scheduling, and time management skills. The successful candidate must be technologically proficient and have experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of Administrative experience
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Immediately Available
