Facilities Support Officer - Temporary

Description

We are actively looking for a Facilities Support Office to join our clients education department and provide administrative and operational support to their team. 

In this role will involve; 

  • Managing facility rental requests 
  • Manage request database system
  • Manage and maintain contracts with other departments and clients/customers 
  • Provide operational support to management 
  • Manage purchase order requests and invoices
  • Monitor budget
  • Maintain facility calendar 
  • Support facility maintenance 
  • Support accounts payables 

Experience required; 

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar support role
  • 2 years accounting experience 
  • 3 years administrative/support experience 
  • IRIS system experience would be a benefit 
  • Strong organizational experience and the ability to multitask 
  • Team player 
  • Someone who can work autonomously 
  • Must hold a valid drivers license 
  • Ability to start a new role immediately 
  • Open to Caymanian candidates only
