Finance Administrator - 6-month contract
Description
SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Finance Administrator for a 6 month contract.
The Finance Administrator will assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and annual budget and revisions including strategic phase forecasts, budget forecasts, consolidate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, and account variance analysis. The role will also include accounts payable functions and undertaking accounting, payroll, and ledger management.
We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. This role requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles and experience establishing and monitoring budgets. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- An accounting designation or the pursual of one would be considered advantageous
