Finance Administrator
Description
SteppingStones are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join an international law firm with a very strong presence in the Cayman Islands. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for providing financial support across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include –
- Assisting in the maintenance of local and group accounting records
- Maintaining the purchase ledger including payment of suppliers
- Assist with drafting and maintaining local workflow as well as policies and procedures
- Assist with audit and reporting requirements
- Manage credit control and provide cover across the team when required
Required:
- 2-5 years general finance support experience ideally gained within an international law firm
- A good working knowledge of Viewpoint
- Competence in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
