Finance Agent

Description

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a Finance Agent to join their team. 

The Finance Agent is responsible for supporting the entire Accounts Receivables function. In this role the Finance Agent will accurately maintain the company’s receivables, support customer disputers and claims, provide support to credit and collection processes, prepare and post the daily income report, accounts reconciliations, and any other duties as needed. 

We are looking for a candidate with excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone and customer service skills. To be successful in this role you will need have strong computer skills including experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration or related field desirable 
  • 3+ years in a similar position
