SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a global financial services organization, to assist them in sourcing a Finance Manager to join their Cayman office.
The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities that include but are not limited to assisting with the monthly closing process and review of reconciliations, assisting with ongoing variance analysis reports, assisting the financial controller in liaising with other global teams, and maintaining financial information, files and records. The role also includes assisting with internal and external audits and preparing financial statements for review as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with advanced experience using Microsoft Excel specifically pivot tables and ODBC as these will be used on a daily basis. Experience in all other Microsoft Office products is required and experience with Oracle EBS would be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Accounting / Finance or Economics
- A Professional Accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, CPA)
- 5+ years of financial accounting experience
