Finance Manager
Description
Reporting to the Group CFO, this full-time role manages the day-to-day finance function and plays a key role in supporting the executive team with financial insights and performance metrics.
What you’ll do
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of business transactions for the client and its entities
- Develop dashboards and KPI metrics to support executive decision-making
- Oversee daily finance operations and manage workload distribution
- Mentor and develop Finance team members, creating formal training plans
- Streamline and automate processes, reducing duplication and resolving disputes
- Implement cross-training to ensure knowledge coverage across the team
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles or financial services
- Accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, CA)
- 5+ years’ experience with QuickBooks or similar multi-user accounting systems
- Experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry is an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly and ethically
- Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Proven leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment
