Financial Accountant (6-month contract)

Description

SteppingStones has partnered with a leading international organization to assist them in sourcing a financial accountant. The Financial Accountant will support the Head of Finance (Cayman based) and cover multiple other offices across the Caribbean.

The firm has overhauled their accounting function regionally and the successful candidate will support this transformation project. In addition, the role will cover areas such as budgeting / forecasting, reconciliations, AP/AR and general ledger among others. 

Initially this role will be for a 6 month period though can be extended to a permanent position with strong performance. 

Requirements:

• A professional accounting qualification
• 3+ Years of accounting experience 
• Experience in a non-financial services organization  
• Candidates are required to be currently based in the Cayman Islands to be considered for this role
