Financial Solutions Specialist

SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a global financial institution, to assist them in sourcing a Financial Solutions Specialist to join their Cayman team.

The Financial Solutions Specialist will engage with a portfolio of clients to deliver an exceptional client experience while providing advice and solutions to meet the clients’ immediate and future financial needs. The role will include educating and demonstrating to clients and employees the digital solutions, booking follow up appointments with clients regularly to discuss their financial needs, managing risks by adhering to compliance processes, and collaborating with colleagues to provide the best possible service.

We are looking for a candidate that is caring, curious, energetic, and has a genuine passion and desire to help clients and make a positive difference in the community. The candidate should be driven, self-motivated, eager to learn and innovate and ambitious. The role requires exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proficient knowledge of the financial industry and must be digitally savvy with a broad range of devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements:

  • 5+ IGCSE/GCSE or CVC passes including Maths and English Language
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business desirable
  • Retail banking experience
