SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a leading financial institution, to assist them in sourcing a Financial Solutions Specialist to join their Cayman team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a excellent client experiences that includes getting to know their financial needs, advising and suggesting the best solutions to meet these needs, and liaising with clients regularly.

We are looking for a candidate that is self-motivated, caring, curious, energetic and possesses a passion for helping clients and making a positive difference in the communities our client serves. The ideal candidate will display exemplary customer service skills and will possess a proficient knowledge of the industry and our client’s competitors. The role requires technological proficiency across a broad range of devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops and should be able to use social media.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 IGCSE/GCSE or CXC passes including Maths and English Language
• Retail Banking experience
• Undergraduate degree in Finances or Business desirable
